The Chinese New Year holiday is starting soon and in 3 days our warehouse supplier in China will be celebrating the Rabbit year. There are a lot of out products that come from our warehouse in China which is why we are letting everyone know about this. Not all of our items come from our warehouse in China. This will effect all of our WonderBuyShop.com sales as well as our eBay sales.
Our warehouse staff will be also heading back to their home towns during the public holiday and there won't be anything shipped out from January 29th to February 9th.
During these 12 days customers with an after-sales issue email may have to wait until after the holiday to be offered a solution. We recommend all our customers that have an after-sales product question to first check the product manual and the troubleshooting page.
